DEVELOPMENT TRACK (10 SESSIONS MENTORSHIP)
An advanced track designed for those ready to move from learning to real coaching experience.
Eligibility:Available for students who have completed the Development or Advanced Mentorship Track.
This track gives you the opportunity to step into real coaching environments—moving beyond theory into observation, participation, and guided application.
You won’t just learn how coaching works—you’ll begin to experience it in actual settings.
What you’ll experience:
- Observe live coaching sessions and workshops
- Gain insight into real-time decision-making and teaching approach
- Assist or participate in selected coaching environments (when applicable)
- Receive feedback on your coaching presence and communication
ADVANCED TRACK (12 SESSIONS MENTORSHIP)
An advanced track designed for those ready to move from learning to real coaching experience.
Eligibility:Available for students who have completed the Development or Advanced Mentorship Track.
This track gives you the opportunity to step into real coaching environments—moving beyond theory into observation, participation, and guided application.

EXPERIENTIAL TRACK : COACHING IMMERSION AND PRACTICUM
An advanced track designed for those ready to move from learning to real coaching experience.
Eligibility:Available for students who have completed the Development or Advanced Mentorship Track.
This track gives you the opportunity to step into real coaching environments—moving beyond theory into observation, participation, and guided application.
You won’t just learn how coaching works—you’ll begin to experience it in actual settings.

- Assist or participate in selected coaching environments (when applicable)

Practicum Opportunity:
Selected participants may be given the opportunity to:
- Assist in coaching sessions or workshops
- Facilitate guided portions of a session
- Be considered for paid coaching opportunities, based on readiness and alignment
